Concrete foundation walls are being formed and poured for the West Addition

Concrete foundation walls have been constructed for the North Addition. The curved exterior wall of the Lobby will be the location for the main entrance.

Concrete foundation walls have been constructed for the East Addition, and underground sanitary lines have been installed.

Interior of existing office facility has been demolished, and new underground sanitary lines have been installed.
