desire to improve their “entry” area in order to
update their image and to improve security, accessibility and
customer service. |
| This study addressed
concepts to update the building façade and make the entry
to the lobby ADA accessible, as well as update the lobby interior
with new finishes and a new display area. The concepts also
addressed unsafe vehicular egress from the site due to poor
sightlines of oncoming traffic and an improved front access
drive with an exterior payment drop-off point. Improved security
for employees and a renovated customer service area is also
addressed. |

and implemented, the changes will greatly improve efficiency,
customer service, security and the facility image. |
